Do you offer the same menu as in the restaurants?

Except for some items that are inappropriate for delivery, most of our menu is available. You can check our McDelivery menu by clicking the 'Menu' tab.

Can I change or cancel my order after I make an order?

Once the order is confirmed on McDelivery™ website, it cannot be cancelled. But you can call the McDelivery™ Call center at 17221722; we will try our best to accommodate your request, however, once the order has been dispatched from the restaurant, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Can I make my McDelivery order in advance?

McDelivery orders can be made up to 3 days in advance of your delivery date.

Is there a delivery surcharge?

A surcharge applies for every order via McDelivery.com.bh or via call centre 17221722.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

Yes, a minimum order applies to all McDelivery orders.

I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Click on 'Forgot password?' Enter the email address you registered with, and further instructions will be emailed to you.

May I enter my delivery address in English or Arabic?

Sorry, please enter your address in English only.

Why some of food items unavailable for online ordering while the same being supplied at McDonald's restaurants?

To assure the quality of the products, some of the products sold at McDonald's restaurants are not available for delivery at this point of time. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

Is there a limitation to McDelivery™ orders?

Orders exceeding BD200.00 are considered bulk orders; and cannot be placed through McDelivery™ website. Such orders can only be placed by calling the McDelivery™ Call Center at 17221722. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we would appreciate if large orders could be made in advance.

What are the payment options available to me?

At this point in time, we're only able to accept cash upon delivery.

Where can I change my account info?

Once you've signed in to the site with your username and password, select 'My Account' from the top menu. You can change your account information there.

How do I change my stored delivery addresses?

Your stored delivery addresses can be modified by clicking "Change / Add Address" but you can add up to 5 delivery addresses in total. If you need to add more, just delete an existing address.

Can I change the email address for my account?

We're sorry but this feature is not available for now. Please register a new email account to start ordering now.

Can I contact McDonald's to change the email address for my account?

For security reasons, McDonald's cannot access your email account.

I've forgotten my email address registered previously on McDelivery.com.bh, What must I do?

Register a new account with an email address (different from your previous one) to start ordering.

How do I check the status of my order?

Click on 'Track Order' and enter your order number (you can find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was placed).
